Okay! All working :) I found a solder bridge on the RAM. Thank's for all your help guys! Much appreciated.

I drag soldered the RAM, and the VRAM. Now I don't get a video signal out the VGA port on the back, and from the JAMMA, all I get is a green screen. Board is completely stuffed now IMO. I can try doing the CPU and GPU, but I don't see this board working anymore...

Seems to be okay. Got 16.2 KHz from the JAMMA SYNC. -

I will put the SYNC onto my scope and check it. I will also drag solder the RAM, and CPU/GPU should it need it (I will solder one IC at a time, booting it between solder attempts). I will let you know how it goes... Thank you :)

Hi. I have a Tekken 3 Arcade Board that does not give me a video out. I believe that the port on the back of the board is VGA at 15 KHz. However, when I plug my computer monitor (CRT) in however, the sync's are way off, and I get scrolling garbage that tends to move more in the horizontal...

Hi. I am interested in the 'Midway/Williams control panel bracket'. However, when this is on a Mortal Kombat unit, is this the hinge on the front of the cabinet, above the coin door, or the plate that site under the monitor?
