Have you tried it with the original power supply? This still looks like a power on reset problem. I know how frustrating this is, try the original power supply and measure the voltages at the board.

I highly recommend both of you start by installing the Braze kit because it does not require roms and will perform the testing. Then if it is all working you can install roms if you want to keep it original. I doubt that you would ever take it out, it is a great kit.

Have you checked the reset circuit, pin 10 ? Also the Braze kit works in most Taito boards, Braze does supply a Taito version rom set.

On mine that is a 25 volt 10 Tantalum. The same as the one next to it above the four resistors. Hope that helps. Regards Halo1963

I would be interested in a set with the K14C 5080 chassis and the AAM50009 counterd pcb if you would post to Australia. Got any other parts? I also need the colour gel overlay. Regarding the buttons, the red fire buttons are just standard red pinball flipper buttons. The white one and two...
