Hi. I've never seen this system lag, but you are able to replicate it rather regularly, run each cabinet as a stand alone unit and see if it still happens. One thing I'm thinking is the F/O cables between the games. May be something there. Gyn

Hi. Solved. All I needed was the wiring diagram and it showed me where to get the video. Turns out you don't use the VGA port, rather CN6 (just below it). Hooked the converter board to CN6, and never looked back. Thanks! Gynotai
