When I adjust the monitor controls for the color, the screen will change to all blue, all green, or all red, but I cant get "normal" color when the game is on.

I have a golden tee classic arcade game. A few weeks ago, I had some friends over to play. During the game, the screen suddenly lost color and was very dim. I tried to adjust the brightness, but it didnt seem to help. The game seems to be working fine, but I cant get the picture restored back to...
