I have one of these, just release the latches one the left and right after you open the coin door and you should be able to lift the glass from the coin door side.

I went to look at it yesterday, it's pretty beat up. Needs a lot of work, quite a bit of bondo and wood work. A great project if you have the time and dedication.

I got myself a candy-cab NeoGeo 4 slot machine. The board is a japanese version so most text shows in japanese. I would like to get a US BIOS and put it in pace of the japanese one if possible, is this doable and if so where would I purchase a replacement BIOS chip. Thanks.

Just got a couple of these, the encoder disc is perfect, although extremely tight fit compared to original. The centering disc main hole is a very tiny bit too small to fit over the placement ring, had to do a little operation for it to fit right. Might want to enlarge the hole a tiny bit for...
