thanks man, when i seat it back it goes back to same as b4...

dumb question i'm sure but is it a bad idea to power the board with chips pulled? i noticed one was seated a little wonky so i pulled it to clean it up and got curious. i powered it up and got this. did i find the culprit? sorry for so much noobness haha.
