Just tried H and V. hold ... V.hold stabilized the image !!! I have now to spend some time on adjusting the position and size of the image as it is a bot too North West but will get there I think. What kind of tool could I use to tweak the pots while the arcade is on as I am a bit scared of...

There's definitely some signal because the image is slanted when sync is disconnected. Yes, the original Galaga remained disconnected when I test the JAMMA board. You are right : we have reached a point where testing the board on another JAMMA cabinet (assuming the monitor is compatible) or...

I was cautious in "stucking the wires". I checked the continuity of the Sync and it's perfect.

If I start the board in VGA mode, I got 8 images instead of 4. They appear also half screen. I also connected both VGA to a PC Monitor and to arcade monitor at the same time : it showed the dip switch is working fine.

It is not a 4915 because the Vert Raster Shift is not a pot but a jumper on my monitor. So, should I install a new cap kit (or look at the cap values) or this wont make any difference based on the photos I submitted? Another radical option would be to buy another 19" but where ?

It is flipped because when set to VGA image is worse. What is med-res version ? I don't know if this is exactly a 4915, how could I be 100% sure ? And if this is a 4915, is there any solution ? Many thanks again for your precious help !!

It is not really rolling. The game is displayed 4 or 5 times on screen and the image is slighty shaking. On the right side, some black vertical lines and one very bright line. See this link for larger pics...
