    Please can anybody help ! I have Hantarex polo 25" monitor that is 2 years old and has less than 10 hours use. The problem im getting is light horizontal lines at the top 3rd of the screen. i have replaced some of the caps but not all, still the same. if i flip the image the lines just appear...
