Misdiagnosed with follicular NHL July 2002- age 42/had Chop/R-6 cycles/R maint -2 yrs.relapse 0ct. 2006-CHANGED ONC.went to DUKE -diag.Mantle Cell NHL(had this all along) Bexxar Jan. 2007/R-maint begins July for 2 yrs RelapseOct2007-RHyper-Cvad began Nov.5, 2007had only 6 cycles of RHyper-Cvad due to low, low blood counts
