I have 2 MiSTers, and 3 BitKits and can honestly say it depends on what you're looking for. MiSTer is an incredible piece of kit, especially for consoles; but some of the older arcade cores have some serious audio issues that don't seem to be in the pipeline to be fixed, even years later...

Get a DECO/Jamma adapter, and a BITKIT2. It leaves your original hardware intact, and the BK2 is a million times better than a 60-in-1.

I don't recall if it's 1 or 2 roms that need to be changed. I *do* recall that I had Steph/Hobby Roms burn me the needed rom(s) years ago. Simple swap. EDIT: If you have a burner, you can download needed files from https://arcade.souzaonline.com/ There is also a slight color difference...

I *think* Mister does the proper resolutions, and can output a 15khz CGA signal.

There is a minor sound issue that Crafty Mech has on his "to fix" list. But it's supported, and very playable. EDIT: It's been playable since Update 36 (May of this year) "BitKit2 Firmware Update 36 is live! This is really pt. 2 of the last update, and adds Bosconian (Midway) - "boscomd"...

Bosconian has been supported by the BitKit for a while now.

Leatherface should take that saw to this thing! It's not that it's poorly executed, but there is a big disconnect here. It it were solely running Splatterhouse, Chiller, etc, I could give it a bit of a wider berth, but nothing about this art makes me wanna play "88 Games" 😂

^^^ This! I bought a 60-in-1 years ago, and it was *OK*. I now have 3 BitKits and the 60-in-1 has been reduced to a monitor tester... it's great for that :D

Wire it jamma, and get yourself a BitKit. Galaga is perfect, unlike a 60-1 Oh, you'll also, obviously, need a GBS8200 (or similar) to connect a LCD

I'd like to see an adapter to plug a Jamma board to a Gallag harness. My Galaga was converted to run Gallag before I got my mitts on it, and it'd be great to not have to rewire it Jamma (or build my own adapter) to plug a BitKit into it I'd have to think there are enough Gallags out there to...
