I changed IC1 from a donor chassis. Yes the colors come up fine with the color inverted on the tpg.

I honestly don't remember where I got that kit from. I buy mine mostly from arcadepartsand repair now. As for this issue. I think I ended up finding another tube that solved the faded look. At the time I didn't have the right adapter for my rejuvenator to rejuv a tube.

Well after electrocuting myself and causing a horizontal collapse. I did a bunch more reflowing and found a wire that came out from a previous reflowing I did. The monitor is back up and looking good. Thanks for the help
