Here some quick pics of the machine verything is there. The machine start manually, and register the torpedo fired a hits from the torpedo. The motor of the boat and the torpedo arm is working The only thing is that when we move the periscope, the torpedo arm dont move.

First the machine is not working. Some coil are burned and there is some short that I could not find. But the main reason is that I want the machine to be reliable. And I have a bad experience with em machine in the past (coil who burn etc.) Also if it work well. I will maybe transform my twin...
