Thanks Dokert. Looks like standard VGA. Are these monitors 640x350?

Do the Wells Gardner 14K3002 monitors use a standard vga pinout? When I plug in a normal VGA monitor in I don't get anything. I read in another post that they are picky about a ground sync but it lacked more detail. Does anyone know the correct pinout?
