There is no manual for that game. Only Schematics were used for mid 60's williams games.

Check the ball in your roll tilt. I think when I was over I saw that it may be made of plastic or something(it was white) It needs to be a metal ball to make contact. On the plumb tilt just take some scotchbright and clean up the metal ring and the plum bob and you should be good.
