fuse inside switcher tests good... must be switcher. and yes, I'm getting power to switcher from main and yeh, led light is not lit. easy enough I guess. Thank you for the help.

Thanks for the ideas. I have tested the fuses for continuity and all are good. I have tested the +5 -5 and received NO readout. (I used the GRD on the switcher, is that right?) Any ideas? Would this say the switching power supply bad?
