I was just playing around with it. If you enter cd 7601 it will attempt to grab cd 77. I made sure all disc were in the proper trays. I am assuming it’s something with the gripper. Not sure how to adjust it

I called NSM tech support. Apparently they were bought out by ROWE but they are still around for another day or two via phone. He suggested adjusting an acorn nut to raise the grabber a little bit. I will try that out later

Thanks Ed, I will try that. I have never seen "lock tubes" These just had tape to hold the cd's in place. *Also on another firebird when selecting a song the CD tray lifts up about 1" and goes back down. The path is not blocked, I even tried it with the cd trays removed and the same thing...
