When playing Phoenix, I've noticed that the game play slows down pretty substantially when there's a lot going on (many birds diving in unison, for example). Even the sound effects become pitched lower during these slowdowns. The game is not crashing or otherwise behaving badly. I'm wondering...

Re: REPLAY - ChannelManic I bought a board from ChannelManic/"RJ" and he is absolutely great to do business with. Very fast service, the PCB was packaged well, and he even helped me with the specific rom set I was looking for. Great guy!

The socketed ICs on the CPU board should be populated. Mine has MB7052s with "H1" & "H2" written on them. Mike's Arcade sells these components, but I think you'll need to contact him about programming.
