Well I got it working. The crane needs cleaned and lubricated.(gotta research that now). Anyways tonight I was checking and you are correct. Idiot me. I checked the plug and one of the wires was pulled so I connected it and it fired up. I can tell it hadn't run in a long time...

If you are talking about the two red wires and two brown wires I get 9vac on each pair to ground but only 1.3 vac red to red brown to brown. The two browns go thru a rocker switch. Mounted above the board with the 3 relays

Got the fuses installed. Still no dice. No lights nothing. There is a fuse by the transformer. It checks good. I have full line voltage 119.8 vac going to the transformer but where now? I didn't think transformers went that often?

Alright. I just left radio shack with fuses. I'll check all of this shortly and post back

Thank you for the response I'll get some fuses and throw them in and see what happens. I see the board with relays had burnt before as the cab is charred. But the board shows no signs of being burnt so I'm pretty sure it's been changed. Are there test points or areas to check voltages to...

Just noticed this fuse missing too

Yes it's the one exactly like the one already pictured with the 3 relays. I highly doubt this is the whole problem but I know missing fuses is at least 1 problem

I just bought one of these. Mine is doa. Plug it in and nothing. The two fuses on that board are missing in my machine. Could you tell me what their values are please?

Namco board looks like one that was in a crisis zone I had
