No bulging or burnt looking caps...

I'm getting 5.02v, and around +14.2 and -11.3 on the unregulated 12v. Does anybody sell a cap kit for this board, or do I need to lookup the values and order them individually? I guess a new bridge rectifier might help while I'm ordering parts...

Ok. I tried reseating the ROMs and the ribbon cable. I don't see any corrosion damage, but I'll check it again. I'll also check voltages when the sounds are working and when they go out. Thanks!

I have a Data East Hook pinball, and the sounds will sometimes work. Usually the music will go out first. The other sounds will usually work for a little while before they stop, with the voice sounds going out last. After it sits, sometimes when I turn it on, all is working for a litter...

I have a Neo-Tec 2702 monitor that when powering up cold ticks, a little more than once a second, for about 20-30 seconds, then comes on and the picture looks great. If I turn it off, then back on shortly after, it only ticks a few times. Is this a sign of something going bad? The flyback...

I may end up doing that. It looks like each switch gets a different value resistor inline to ground. If someone has a spare, I'd rather buy that. Thanks!

I'm working with a Neo-Tec 500DX. The picture looks good but I need to adjust both the horizontal and vertical positions. It doesn't have a remote adjustment board. Should it have one with either pots or buttons for menu driven adjustments?

I reseated all 25 ICs several times each, and now it works fine.

I could go that route, but I prefer one that is CNC cut so I don't have to mess with all of the rounded corners.

I have a Time Soldiers PCB that keeps showing sprite RAM errors for RAM 1,2 and 3. If I go into the service menu and then exit, RAM 2 and 3 will show OK intermittently, but never does RAM 1 show OK. Does anybody know which three ICS on the PCB these are? The only manual I can find online does...
