I have already tried every dip switch combo in the manual. 512x256 15khz and all graphic speed combos as well as 512x384 25khz and all graphic speed combos. Same results as the video I posted.

Ran the CPU test, no errors came up. Reseated the roms, lots of creaking, but still no good :( Any other suggestions? Would I have to replace the board itself if it is a ram issue?
