I have already tried every dip switch combo in the manual. 512x256 15khz and all graphic speed combos as well as 512x384 25khz and all graphic speed combos. Same results as the video I posted.
I have a Blitz game board and have not been able to get it working. I have tried it in two cabinets.

It simply displays "NO SIGNAL" on the top of the screen...
Ran the CPU test, no errors came up.
Reseated the roms, lots of creaking, but still no good :(
Any other suggestions? Would I have to replace the board itself if it is a ram issue?
Bought this cabinet which had long ago been converted to Street Fighter 2. Tried to research what game it was but can't find anything. From looking around the cabinet I have found an Atari copyright logo and the year 1981.
