I played this game at a Putt Putt in Fort Worth. It was a monitor mounted on a very stiff springy post with joysticks connected to the display. You played the game Beachhead 2000 style, by using the joysticks to aim the screen in the direction of incoming missiles. I keep thinking the game was...
