  • Forgot to add to my last message that I already have the power wiring scheme figured out. I'm not out in my shop right now, but on the board with more then one 'joint pin', when looking at it's component side, leftmost 2x4 pins = GND, rightmost 2x2 pins 5v, 2x2 pins next to 5v are the 12v pins, and next to that, 2x1 pins -5 volts. On the other board, the only power connection is GND, which is 2x3 pins, pretty obvious which ones. Once I get mine up and running properly I'll be able to share the rest of the pinout aswell.
    Hi,

I've found your username in the database upon googling the board numbers of a qix bootleg I have. Apparently you have the same bootleg and I was wondering if you could send me a high resolution picture of each board's component side.
Unfortunately my boardset got to me as a severe fixer upper, missing all socketed chips on the board with the four micro switches. Based on the original qix manual, I figure they are 6809, 6802 and 6821 chips, but it'd help to know which ones go into which socket exactly, and to know what piggibacked components are factory installed and which are repairs. If you could help me with the pictures I'd greatly appreciate it, although if you could give me the positions of socketed chips and what they are, that'd already be a really big help.

    Thanks!
