Cool to see another Defender being saved. I’ve been collecting parts for mine a couple years now.

I wish I could find a place in southern Ontario that could cut out new cabinets like that. I’ve got a somewhat decent collection of Defender stuff, if you need anything specific, let me know.

Awesome! Thanks for the help! Looks like it has a Joist/Stargate interface board. I’ll have to dig around and see if I can find a Defender specific one. Maybe I can power this thing up, and see if it works…which I doubt.

Anyone any good identifying these wiring harnesses? They look like Williams to me, but I haven’t played with this stuff for almost 20 years. I recently bought a bunch of parts, and these were with a couple board sets in a box.

I did try to strip a little paint, and see what was all under it.

No coin door, not much other than wood. It’s pretty clean, with no rot. My question about the serial number kinda goes back to the coin door, it would be nice to know if that’s what it came with. I’ll have to do a little stripping on the front, and see if I can find anything.

It’s been awhile for me, but I’ve been infected again. I just picked up a fairly clean Defender cabinet. Pretty much gutted, but for $25, it was hard to resist. What I’m wondering is, where would the serial number be? Stamped in the front under the coin door? There is an ink stamp on the inside...

Do you have any pictures? I have a few different ones and could compare them. What game is it from? that might help too??

I e-mailed them about getting a card I noticed on their site it says "No foreign orders accepted at this time" I hope they don't consider CANADA as foreign??? I guess I'll just sell this thing off as parts, and buy a Sony. I've waited over 10 years to find a good Dragon's Lair I guess I can...

Hmmmmmm, I know I should just buy a Hi-tech card, maybe I will, Is there a list of what Sony LD players work with it? I wanted to keep this machine as original as possible, oh well. You know the other thing that freaks me out? it has "LMC" marked on the lid, could it be Leslie M Collins??????
