I built my adaptor with this PDF and it works, I would not trust the diagram you used. Get your meter out and buzz your pins out with the one from this PDF, and fix what doesn't match. You will notice there is no pin 2 on the tube socket, but you diagram shows it, I think your one pin off...

World Cup used the WPC-S (S for Security) and isn't the same cpu board as used in TZ that is a WPC. The chip with the barcode is the security chip. So no, you can't swap them. Damon

I have a Vegas System board set, but it has NBA Showtime Roms and HD. So it gets you close to a Legacy game, would need new roms and HD image. Damon
