had the same issue and it was the ribbon cables causing it.

was gonna suggest mame but after checking I see no bootleg. could you post a picture of the board. also i'm sure mamedev wouldn't mind a dump of the roms.

my title screen is the same but the garage door is completely missing and the characters are mostly arms and legs I have a working boardset also so I swapped them around and found the fault is on the bottom board and that's as far as I got I did check the roms and they were all good
