    Gameroom funky smell

I think its a general consolidated smell of everything in the room. People get olfactory adaptation to environments and then never smell anything, but someone new to the environment comes in and they smell the funkiness of a room. I have an ozone generator and will try that, but maybe its not...

    Gameroom funky smell

Hi gents, I have a gameroom that has a funky smell to it. I think part of it has to do with having old game cabinets in it. I have a air filter with a carbon filter in it running 24/7, but doesn't seem to make a difference. I would prefer to not cover the smell with scents, rather remove it to...

    My screws are loose...

Now my wires are loose... Just as I was about to put the rear panel on, I noticed this red wire, (See pic). I think it may have been disconnected before I took the monitor out, the game works fine without it connected. Anyone know where it's supposed to plug into?

    My screws are loose...

I never removed it from the cabinet (See pic), I just removed the two bolts attaching it to the monitor chassis and then left it screwed into the cabinet wall. I am assuming it provides "Super" stability, beyond the four main bolts that hold the monitor in at the top.

    My screws are loose...

I only solved my pac-man loose screws, the ones in my head still need to be figured out. I may stop by on Saturday to say hi...

    My screws are loose...

Disregard, can't delete thread. I think I figured it out. I believe they connect the monitor chassis to a metal extension bracket in the cabinet that's screwed into the cabinet.

    My screws are loose...

Just finished recapping a WG 19K4626. When I took the monitor out I took pictures of everything, but missed where I took out two bolts, washer and nuts. It's been too long for me to remember. I looked all over the chassis and can't see any obvious place they should be. Picture attached of...

    Tempest restore

I have decided to go down the clone WG 19k6100 path. I preordered Barry's XY kit. The kit includes: - Deflection board - High Voltage (HV) board - Neck board - Degauss board - Harnesses to connect all the boards together What is needed to build a vector monitor? - The kit - A 19" CRT (no...

    Tempest restore

What is a reasonable price for a used harness that hasn't been tested? $125?

    Tempest restore

I am not going to bother even looking for the other components I need if I can't find the monitor, as apparently that is the most difficult. I will focus on that first. Should I search for a complete WG 19K6100 monitor & chassis or strive to put one together from parts as that offers the most...

Looking for Tempest Monitor WG 19K6100

Looking to purchase a working WG 19K6100 with chassis for a Tempest rescue project I have. Bought a gutted Tempest that someone had converted into a MAME machine. Apparently I am insane for trying, but willing to give it a shot. Link to project...

    Tempest restore

I rescued a converted tempest cabinet that has been converted into a MAME machine. I need to gather the missing components the previous owner threw in the trash. For these components should I just monitor/search the for sale parts section of KLOV or is there a go to shop that can supply...
