  2. What is the name of this game?

Re: Close a little. Off by a lot. I've been playing the game since I got my power back and it brings back so many good memories. My only complaint is that the modeled terrian background is missing in MAME. I'm looking into how to fix that. BTW, does anyone have a picture of the terrian? Would...

If this was a proto, would a vector proto still be in an arcade around 81 - 84?
  5. What is the name of this game?

Maybe it was a prototype but why would a small arcade in a not so large city like Lynchburg (not known for being on the technology edge then or now) in the early 80's have a proto? Hmmm...looks like that there is a missing game to be discovered out there. I would appreciate it if anyone who...

Being I stayed away from games that required buttons to steer (except for Asteroids) at that age. I only remember it having one button to fire your ship's lasers. As for the cabinet...

  11. What is the name of this game?

LOL. That's one of the disadvantages of being a graphic artist, you remember visuals perfectly but forget names quickly. That and the fact I was around 10 years old. I'm about 1/3 of the way finished on my example.
  12. What is the name of this game?

It's not Starhawk either. The view of the game is of looking down on the playfield from above. I'm almost finished with my animated example of what I remember it looking like. I should have it finished by tomorrow.
  13. What is the name of this game?

I am going to create a flash mockup of the gameplay. Maybe that will help explain the game better and jog someone's memory.
  14. What is the name of this game?

It had a moving monorail with a track extending from the top of the screen to the left of the screen. There was no color overlay. The game also had an almost 3-D quality to it when you were shooting spacships while you were flying overhead. Almost as if were projecting it on a glass in front of...
