Yeah we've been looking at the demographics a lot. While Bowling Green is a college town (home of WKU) I think there is definitely room for a bar aimed at that same demo (30ish to 50ish). What kind of square footage do you have there? From the pictures it looks spacious. That's the main issue...

High Limit? Is it a high limit machine? I've seen some of those machines with a 2nd key that allows a reset for jackpots so that they don't have to do a complete hand pay every time they win.
