Do you recall what the fix was? I was leaning towards B+ being high too. Manaul refers to IC4, any ideas what the values on this should be? Has 5 legs, not 4 like the manual refers to.

Cap kit done. Still have the jumping/flicker. Seems like it's not as bad as before the cap kit, but still doing it. Any other ideas?

I hear ya! Had the same problem about 6 months ago. Double check the grounds. The harness works with Jammaboards.com jamma harness fine, but wouldn't with my others. There is a ground issue. I had to solder in 2 ground wires to match my harness. Once I had the grounds in.... Ready to go!!! Make...

Have a WG 25K7184 w/P538 chassis. I believe it's the Zenith version( big black box bolted to frame, double wires to cathode) Picture is fantastic except for a slight jump/flicker. The picture never disappears, just moving a little. B+ voltage? Have a manual, but seems to be for the 9", 13", 19"...
