Thank you for the help. Finally grew bold and opened it up and began working on the connections. Unhooked everything from the board and reconnected it and checked some of the other connections, all said and done it worked just fine! I appreciate it.

I am right between Pensacola, FL and Mobile, AL. Fortunately for now it is still very playable (as I said the characters remain fine as does the majority of the game.) I will get some pictures and possibly video up tomorrow. The beginning "Don't Do Drugs" Screen also shows the lines heavily.
