It seems to be only during play, yes. It is not the exact same place every time but seems to relate to duration. If you start on hard its generally at start of wave 7. I tried playing from easy and it happened during wave 5, so its not hard coded to a certain moment in game as far as I can...

I have an upright Atari STAR WARS that is resetting after 20 or so minutes of gameplay. Otherwise it seems to be working great. Does anyone know what I should look for? Thanks and MTFBWY Christopher

Yes, it was an entirely different mspac 2f chip. It finally occurred to me, since replacing the 2f involved moving the small board atop it, maybe I should check that too. The contact pins on that board looked brown, so I cleaned them up a bit and the issue seems to be gone. I guess reseating...

Anyone have any ideas what could trigger this? Game is playable but basically drunk vision blurred. Didn't see this exact issue on lawnmowerman page. I tried a few chip swap outs, replacing 2f seemed to fix it for a while but it soon returned. Any ideas? Christopher
