People do that on Linux base mame boxes so that would theoretically be possible with those cards (i only have experience with CRT_Emudriver on Windows). I'll have a look but...

That's an old thread but I'm also fixing this monitor and I have the same C460 wiring. Just be careful with the manual as it lists C610 instead of C205. There's also a few missing caps, like this C460 (it lists a C458 which is not installed). This is the correct list of caps...
