Well.... I went ahead and purchased a complete NBA Jam TE kit... (board, sound, joys, buttons, and marquee) and it works great. Thanks Dan, Those pictures at least verify that I have my wiring correct. As for the ROM's I have ROMS in all the positions, though the decals are no longer on two of them. I had bought this board off of EBay and everything was supposed to have been working and tested before shipping. Win some...
