Bump: I sent the NSS pcb off to @DogP and he confirmed it 100% working, due to this I have raised the price a bit since it's now confirmed working. I have added his pics he sent me of it working. For those wondering I did not have him do anything to the board because nothing was wrong with it...
I'm not able to pull mine out ATM but going off memory it needs to be 5v, I always turned mine up around 5.1-5.2. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but it does sound like your power supply needs some TLC if it won't go up any higher
Honestly I don't know if it has or not. I never did anything to it. Bought it working, Then never had time to do anything with it.

That's not entirely true. If Jmac has a NES GAME LINK, he can use a stock bios. However if he has one of the older nes cart adapters that's when he will need the custom bios. However idk what cart adapter jmac is using.

That's a NES flashcart. Was not really designed for the PC-10. But anyways assuming you have the NES game link/NES cart adapter. For power pak, download latest mappers. Then download the custom mappers and overwrite where need be. All the mappers and such go in the POWERPAK folder. The flashcart...
