Update Replaced the power supply and the sound now works as normal. Thanks everyone for the suggestion.

Thanks for the response all, I'm working on getting a replacement power supply and will update if that resolved the audio issue.

There has not been a lamp in the marquee light since I received the game 1 week ago. The seller said the issue was not there when he tested the game before shipment. It started the first time I powered the game on. Thanks for your help guys

Update I removed and reseated all roms and the video issue has been resolved. The buzzing sound continues though, any suggestions to what could resolve the buzzing sound issue?

I'm new to this, I only see 1 way to adjust this and it affects all voltages. There is a small dial with an arrow and an H. if I lower the setting won't it also lower the other voltages?

I recently purchased a KI 1 arcade machine, I have 2 issues with it. The speakers make a loud buzzing sound as soon as it is powered on, the game audio can be heard but the buzzing sound is always there. The buzz sound is more intense when you are at the character select screen or two...
