I've worked on a fair share of these era Konami boards and it's almost always Fujitsu logic failing in bunches. The LS245's being the worst culprits.
It wouldn't hurt to shotgun every single one of those LS245 and then try to probe the video circuit. There is a schematic for these style Konami...

I looked into reproducing these boards at one point, but it seemed too niche, to risky, and too costly to be worth it. So..for example (Alex or anyone else doing repairs) how much would you charge to: assemble a new pcb, remove and clean the old module, desolder that old goddamn QFP, install it...
