DX 1989 with SLL. W&W for 7 years. Pleural effusion in 96. Couldn't determine cause. Worsened in 98; CVPx5. remission. Relapse in 2001 with abdominal & pelvic masses. CVPx4. Partial remission. Another relapse in a year. Tried CVP again; too toxic. Second opinion from NCCC in Hanover, NH. Retuxin x 7. Apparently did little; however big difference between latest (3/04) PET & CT scans. On W&W. Onc. suggesting Fludarabine (already have AIHA) or Campath.
