I have 5 volts to board it seems that some one drew off of power supply , having monitor brightness issue cranked up brightness on monitor still not bright as would like also sound transformer not working any idea on replacement thanks

Transformer next to monitor powers the sound circuit, that needs to stay. I have a some pics and other info here: http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,150029
You need to locate the 5volt line coming off the monitor that powers the game pcb and tap into a 120v source from that harness to power switcher.
