Been having a white screen on Missile Command. Just noticed when it's plugged in, there is no "glowing" at the back of the tube where it snaps into the neck board? Is this correct? I thought you kind of would see some glowing going on at this point? Thanks for helping a newbie!

The self test gives me a raspy tone for about two seconds, a smooth middle tone for about two seconds followed by what seems to be one normal beep. thanks for your help.

Replaced caps with cap kit. Also replaced two transistors. Monitor is still an even white across the field. The voltage on the red pin at the neck board reads 147 - I think it's suppose to be 160. Any ideas or thoughts on where to look next? Thanks,
