Fixed So the chip in question turned out to be the sound ROM and just needed to be re-inserted to the PCB. There were a couple of openings to it took me 2-3 tries but when it worked it actually worked!! Sound issue is solved, Gameplay issue solved. All i have to do now is figure out why Right...
