I too brought one back from dead. Replaced the crt and all. Noisy for a home collection - I keep it around because the side art is boss. Nice job w yours it’s a beaut.
Would have loved to get their GORF control panel, but after a year (or maybe it was closer to 2?) wait, ultimately settled for a refund. You WILL hear from them if you go through your credit card company to reverse a charge.

“There are two versions of the board, the one you have and the USBlinx2 board, which REQUIRES version 3.10 or higher to run, which is a hard drive reformat install so it'll wipe any installed gamepacks from the machine.”
Thanks for the heads up. I’d like to find the original USBLinx. The USBLinx II would require a hard drive reformat (per CGC support) and this would wipe out any added games. This is not my personal cabinet, so would rather not take the chance.
Hi all. This is the small external I/O pcb that is found on the original Chicago Gaming Arcade Legends and possibly some others that were paired w CPUs. The one in this particular game had a capacitor leak, damaging several components.

Self test has never displayed a pokey error, but am aware they do go bad and can cause issues.
However, working originals or even pokeyone(?) are expensive enough that I might as well send this out to be sure.

I reinstalled the game board to get video. powered up and the colors were fine, the jumping picture gone, but game would not start again (this time P1 and P2 not flashing despite being on free play).
Self test shows 9 for bad M/N rom again.
Then the game just started going loco. Flashing...
ok.
The display was perfect and stable after the suggested upgrades were done. Fired it up using the step by step found elsewhere on here.
After checking all the game roms and finding the corrupt m/n listed above, it started jumping back and forth between sizes rapidly upon firing it up. So...
