So, I do not have a fly back for that monitor, however u can replace any black and white with any other black and white the same size with some re-wiring. Recomend the wells Gardner I belive(same monitor used in space in vaders)

i have checked into this in the past and i never found anyone that has ever remade them, so unfortunately the only source is finding a used one or your best bet is a used chassis with one on it. sorry i couldn't help.
