The board is not mounted inside a cage. I can't see any visible burning/damage/corrosion anywhere on the boards or the connectors.
Also.... I don't think it is a problem with the board becuase I have two working PCB boards that both give the same...

I've tested 2 different working PCB boards for this and I still get this problem. I just tired to install a rebuilt power board and it didn't seem to fix the problem...

The game does not play at all... in fact, the 1 and 2 player buttons are solid red... when it plays normally, they blink.

The speakers buzz while the screen is like this.
