For MvC2, you don't really need the Capcom I/O. The Standard I/O, that was pictured has the Jamma pinouts for buttons 1 - 5. You'll need to wire up button 6 on that 12-pin header on the I/O. I'll try to find a pinout diagram for that particular I/O.
The Capcom I/O's that I've seen for sale are worth more than the motherboard itself. Usually if you find one ebay or from someone else, they usually ask somewhere in the ballpark of $175+.
