  1. Any body have a Stern cocktail game?

I have a Stern Cocktail and can do a template for you. PM me your address and I will get it out sometime mid-week.
  2. Why don't I remember this from when I was a kid?

Re: Why don\'t I remember this from when I was a kid? Yep, that's an Atari 800, 810 disk drive and 410 cassette recorder. All they need is a 300 baud modem that coupled with your phone and it was my exact setup in from 1981-1986.
  3. Video games wanted, Atlanta,GA area

Just picked up a working Turbo from David on Ebay today for $26 (Pretty shocked I got it so cheap). He seems to have a constant flow of games coming through his place.
  4. Centipede decided it wanted to be paid

Interesting problem for sure. Back in the day, we used to take the little static guns (used to zap LP's and remove the static before putting on the turntable) and you could zap the coin door on most Nintendo cabs and each pulse would add a credit. Worked on most Williams games IIRC.
  5. WG4900 Issues

I am all about cheap and easy. I will try the wick and see how it goes. Thanks again fellas.
  6. Williams all-in-one multigame

This is just wrong is so many ways. JROK is a big tease. Gotta get my defender stencils on order to finish up my cab in prep for this. Hopefully Christmas is coming early for me.
  7. WG4900 Issues

So is this all I need from Bob? K4900 19" color $5.00 Also, I have a decent soldering iron, any recommendations on a desoldering iron?
  8. WG4900 Issues

    Parabolic, PM sent!
  9. WG4900 Issues

Thanks Ken! That is what I figured. I feel confident I can do the cap kit, just need to get up the stones to discharge the monitor.
  10. WG4900 Issues

Thanks to help earlier, I have gotten my cocktail cabinet cracked open and have been tweaking the monitor. I have spent quite a bit of time and this is the best picture I can get. From these pics is there anything obvious that I am overlooking?
  11. Stern Cocktail ?

I will check that out when I get to the shop this morning. I never even considered looking on the coin door side. It would make sense though. I never considered that even the top would rotate, I was just considering that the flap popped down for access. Thanks again.
  12. Stern Cocktail ?

It is currently a Time Pilot 84 but the tags inside lead me to believe that it was originally a Super Cobra. The TP works well, but I am going to need to cap the monitor and do some general cleaning (the inside is covered in black dust and grime). and a pic of the back:
  13. Stern Cocktail ?

I am trying to work on a Stern Cocktail that I picked up last week and it has me perplexed. The back side is hinged 3/4 of the way down and it looks like the panel should swing down to get to the PCB and maintain the innards. Peering through the coin door, I cannot see how to release the back...
  14. over 50 classic games for sale...

I saw the ad, got excited and realized he is an operator and would expect retail prices so did not even bother contacting him. I might see what some of his project cabs look like though.
