Working on a cabinet made of fiber board. Not a fan of wood hardener on fiberboard as it never seems to actually get hard and can react with paint if not fully dry. As an experiment i tried using super glue instead. I have to say I am very impressed!! The fiberboard sucks it up like a sponge...
Working on a sinistar cockpit with original pcb and an aftermarket control panel harness. I had the exact same issue as op. Switching orange and orange/yellow on the harness fixed my issue as well.

troy is actually a good friend of mine and we live close. i am no stranger to touching up side art but there are several swollen areas inside the art area so if i were to completely restencil it would look best. but i will do what i have to if i have to
i am no expert but i know abs slurry is absolutely amazing!! it hardens in seconds and eats into the surrounding material to make one solid piece. and the best thing is there is no need to paint it afterwards
