I don't know but I'm assuming not. Looks converted with the joysticks and it has light pacman burn so I'm guessing it was turned into a 60 in 1.

Hey guys. Long time lurker but first time picking up a game. Posted on Facebook looking for games and a guy responded with this. Ended up getting it for free. Excited to try to restore this to it's original state. Complete noob to restoration but excited to learn.

This is already a thing. It's called game & watch gallery. There is 4 iterations of them spanning over the Gameboy, Gameboy color and Gameboy advance.
