Thanks DogP! Now I just need to get with someone that can show me how to do that. I just got done looking at a sight that had HOTs but they were for a different monitor.. Am I assuming correctly that I would need to get a HOT and/or Flyback that is for my model/manufacturere of monitor?

i guess you could call it ticking.. it sounds high pitch, like power buidling up then releasing in pulse/ticking way
