Well, its been a while and I still don't know how to check if the chip is bad. I located it, but its just a microchip. A Motorola MCM2018AN45. It looks fine. But I do have a missing ceramic disc capacitor, could that be a problem?

Well, he says I can have the Tetris (newly capped monitor), in a P.O.W cabinet for $300 CAD ($230 US) delivered to my door by himself. He need the room in the back of his trailer for a different game, so thats why he lowered the price? What do you think?

I live up in Canada. This guy wants to sell me an Arkanoid with a new monitor in a good cabinet in good shape and A tetris in good shape. He wants around $850 Cad (650 USD) for both. Is this a good deal? I can only really afford one, but if its a good price I can muster up the money for both...

Nope. Its back to bad. I left it off over night and its still not woring right.

I did turn the voltage up all the way, and nothing changed. It was weird. I plugged the board in, and it was working fine, then 1 minute into te game the graphics went back to bad.

I cleaned it and double checked all of the pins and now it works 100% thank you to all who helped. Edit: 1 minute into the playing of the game it went back. Any suggestions now?

I have the pcb for shadow warriors. It works well, except some of the characters have jailbars across them. They still show up, they're just grainy. I'm pretty sure its not the monitor, but any help would be good. Thanks.

i think the guy i bought this from made this cab out of other cabs. there seems to be lots of bolts and screws and the control thing looks totally diferent. it has almost like bbq starters as 1p and 2p buttons.

I just recently bought a TMNT PCB on ebay because it was broken. It says rom22 tests as bad. Does anyone know what exact chip needs replacing, or if it is just the whole board.
