Hey everyone...I got this I believe from Peter Hirschberg for free about 4-5 years ago. It is an arcade game that looks like a red train with a little seat that has a regular TV behind a plastic screen...when you put 25 cents in it played a cartoon for so many minutes...We had it in our showroom party room for the kids to play...it worked for awhile---it uses a before laser CED disc player---looks like a laser player---that was a home unit strapped inside and connected to a circuit board that would turn TV and laser on when a quarter was inserted...The TV flyback went bad...its an older TV and we couldn;t replace it with a new one...becuase, it has to be the kind of TV that STAYS on (no logic)....so when power was put on it again, it would come back on. I bought another 13" TV used on EBay for $40 and it was up and running again...but a year ago, the player started to malfunction. Its been sitting in our warehouse now gathering dust---it will clean up nice...and now, you can simply hook up a DVD player to it maybe? We are not going to use it again and we are moving our of our warehouse...so it is available for same price I paid---NOTHING! You MUST be able to pick up in Southampton PA (I had a truck near Peter's house when I picked it up from him)---please call and let me know. ONLY CONDITION is that you will USE it in your game room and not clean up to resell. 215-953-1188 ext 0...we are here late Tuesday night (till 10pm) working in that warehouse...closed Wednesdays...and back open at 10am Thursday! My post mentioned I thought the Toon Train came from Peter Hirschberg...it actually was from Philip Lathroum in south Maryland! He posted it on the newsgroups and offered it for free as his kids were finished with it...and of course, I am keeping in spirit with his wishes too. No one has spoken for the train yet---so it is still available!! Philip mentioned if anyone had questions about it, to email him directly... lathroum@cablespeed.com Todd

I put a link to your post on a CED massage board. Laserdisc actually came out before CED. 1977 and 1981 I think.
